Refund and Cancellation Policy
Version 1, effective 2026-11-03
This policy explains cancellation and refunds for DineTide, operated by DineTide. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
No payment is taken during the free trial unless you choose to add a payment method. You can cancel any time before it ends and you will not be charged.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to (our support email, shown on our website).
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your system stays fully available until the end of the period you have paid for, then becomes read only for 30 days so you can export your data, and is then deleted as set out in the Terms.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
- First payment. If you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals. Renewal payments are generally not refundable once the period has begun, because the service is available to you for the whole period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, tell us within 7 days and we will review it kindly.
- Annual plans. After the first 14 days, we do not refund the unused part of an annual plan unless required by law or the service has materially failed to work as described and we could not put it right.
- Our error. If we charge you wrongly or twice, we refund the difference in full.
- Taxes. Refunds include the tax paid on the refunded amount.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment partner that took the payment (Razorpay or Paddle). They usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund by a different route.
5. Plan changes
When you move to a higher plan the new price applies from the change, and any unused value of the old plan is credited by our payment partner. When you move to a lower plan the change takes effect at the next renewal.
6. Failed or disputed payments
Please contact (our support email, shown on our website) before raising a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem quickly. See the Terms of Service for what happens when a payment fails.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer or other law of your country.
